<p><strong>Raku-yaki (楽焼)</strong> o semplicemente <strong>Raku </strong>è il nome giapponese che si usa per indicare una famosa tecnica per fabbricare ceramiche.</p>
<p>Nasce come una tecnica artistica abbinata alla disciplina Zen che da sempre esalta l&#8217;armonia, la bellezza e la perfezione nelle piccole cose e nella loro semplicità. L&#8217;origine di queste ceramiche Raku è legata ad un&#8217;arte molto conosciuta e soprattutto molto importante per il Giappone: il Cha No Yu ovvero la Cerimonia del Tè, un rito molto importante che presta molta cura e attenzione agli oggetti che utilizza tra cui, la più importante, la tazza.</p>
<p><strong>Origini delle Ceramiche Raku</strong></p>
<p>Anche se la tecnica del <strong>Raku</strong> è di origine giapponese, l&#8217;invenzione viene comunque attribuita ad un artigiano coreano, <strong>Chojiro</strong>, che all&#8217;epoca <em>Momoyama</em>, produceva tegole. Inventò e sviluppò questa tecnica proprio per la Cerimonia del Tè: infatti colui che per primo usò le sue ciotole e le applicò al Cha No Yu fu</p>
